The Four Decisions (based on Mastering the Rockefeller Habits) refer to the critical decisions that growth companies must get right to maximize their revenue, profit and time.

One page growth plan

The One Page Growth Plan is the culmination of the four critical business decisions (People, Strategy, Execution, Cash) that growth companies must get right to maximize their revenue, profit and time. The One Page Growth Plan will help you and your management team get aligned, focused, and accountable, working with purpose toward common goals.

Our program approach

This training is provided over 12 months for and facilitated by our principle Abhay Sisodiya, certified International coach.

2 day launch training provided to all participants of the leadership group the Individualized Program designed to meet your own personal needs of the business.  These two days will cover the intellectual property information to start developing the “One Page Growth Plan” for the organization.  The team will develop an understanding of knowledge required for the elements in the one page strategic plan

Our monthly training sessions are developed to deliver on the overall strategy for the organization.  Elements include developing core values, our core competencies, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), etc. to deliver on our strategy and execution of that strategy.  This training also provides accountability for the leaders to deliver on what our long term strategy.  The list below provides overview of topics of discussion in monthly sessions and the outcomes associated with it.
